The Oscars are not the only big thing that happened this weekend; don’t forget the Indie Spirit Awards! Targeting those movies that were made with less money than your normal big-time movie, Black Swan surprised everyone by bringing home 4 awards - best film, best director, best cinematography, and best female actress. Not a surprise to me; the Black Swan was a really good movie, and Natalie Portman is amazing. No surprise that she won Best Female Actress. Black Swan was a great movie, it confused me a bit but I got it at the end. smile You don’t know how long I’ve wanted to see this, and it was worth it!
