To many people’s anticipation, the 84th Academy Awards are going live on February 26th, 2012. And just recently, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has revealed the official poster for the awards.

The poster is captioned with the tagline “Celebrate the movies in all of us”, with photos of legendary movies such as Gone with the Wind (1939), Casablanca (1943), Giant (1956), The Sound of Music (1965), The Godfather (1972), Driving Miss Daisy (1989), Forrest Gump (1994) and Gladiator (2000) on the side.

I don’t care what others say, but I’m totally lovin’ it. And a side note that the nominations will be announced on January 24.
