Let me make one thing clear: I’ve been waiting a week for the finale! After seeing the trailers and previews and promos, I just couldn’t wait for the episode to air. We left off on Director Vance never making it back safely to his home, prompting viewers and the NCIS team to assume that Public Enemy #1 Harper Dearing had taken him hostage. Was the episode as good as I thought it to be? And what about those final two minutes that supposedly would make us left hanging?
